Quote Requirements
All submissions should include the following:
- Completed Vehicle Inventory Protection Application and/or Completed Hail Exchange Application
- Three years of currently valued, hard copy, carrier loss runs (a loss summary and/or list of loss codes is most helpful)
- Complete inventory listing for all non-franchised dealers (copy of a recent monthly balance sheet is acceptable from franchised dealers)
