Willis Programs has instituted the Inner Circle Elite (ICE) broker plan designed to develop relationships with brokers that are engaged and committed to growth in multiple programs. It is a highly selective business arrangement individually customized to determine a mutually agreed upon production plan that benefits both the independent agent/broker and Willis Programs. As part of the ICE contract, Willis Programs agrees to provide the highest level of service, including concierge service, and priority handling during all the aspects of the underwriting and policy servicing process.

Criteria for Consideration

  • Independently owned & operated agents/brokers
  • Multiple locations preferred
  • Insurance industry reputation
  • Specialization in the program industries we serve or desire to specialize in those industries
  • Experience of ownership
  • Business History
  • Willingness to contractually commit to the following:
    • Minimum number of submissions per year
    • Minimum average new business hit ratio per year
    • Minimum retention ratio per year
    • Timely and complete submissions
    • Ability to produce profitable books of business (determined by incurred loss ratio within acceptable limits)
