The program is available to independent agents. In an instance where the same submission is received from more than one broker, a Broker of Record letter determines control.

Simply send a submission to Willis Programs. The submission must be complete and meet the underwriting guidelines and eligibility criteria. Lead time requested: 60 days.

The submission should include the following:

Acord Application
New Business PUMP Supplemental Application
VIN Numbers (There should be 17 digits)
Description of operations
Zip codes (including Zip Codes Garaging Locations on Auto application)
Plate Type and Registration Number and/or Copy of Vehicle Registrations plus FEIN for Massachusetts and New York Auto only
Driver’s List to include: Name, Date of birth, License number, and state
Statement of Values
MVR’s for all drivers
Five (5) Year Currently Valued Loss Runs
General Liability Classification Supplement on accounts with multiple operations

Completed and signed Broker Agreement with the following:

Proof of E&O showing a minimum of $1,000,000 limit per occurrence.
Copy of your resident agency producer license
