The CommunityAssociationGuard® insurance program was created to insure the common area property and liability exposures of large-scale community associations. We strive to offer the most comprehensive coverage available at competitive pricing and are proud to be recognized as a leading market in this industry.

Minimum Premium — $25,000

Ineligible Operations — Associations that require property coverage for residential condomiums or townhouses.
